The production of colorful TPU starts with premium TPU resin melting and extrusion into thin sheets. Next, the sheet undergoes a multi-layer coating: a scratch-resistant self-healing top layer, a fade-resistant color layer (via precision dyeing), and an air-release adhesive layer. It's then cured under controlled temperature and pressure for durability. Post-curing, the material is cut into standard or custom sizes, with quality checks for thickness uniformity, adhesion, and color consistency. The process ensures high tensile strength, UV resistance, and flawless aesthetics.

TPU quality is evaluated through tensile and puncture tests. Tensile tests measure its elongation at break and tensile strength, reflecting durability under stretching. Puncture tests assess resistance to penetration, indicating toughness. High-quality TPU shows excellent elongation, strong tensile force, and good puncture resistance, ensuring reliability for applications like films or hoses.
