  - Coat the substrate’s car-paint side with 0.01-0.02mm pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) via micro-gravure coating, then cure at low temperature.
  - Compound a 0.005-0.01mm functional topcoat (fluororesin/polyurethane for self-healing; matting/high-gloss resins for texture) on the exposed side. Age the multi-layer structure for 24-48 hours to stabilize adhesion.
3. Post-processing: Precisely slit the film to required widths, apply a PET release film to the PSA side, and package after quality checks.
