2. Which is better, hydrophilic or hydrophobic?

The hydrophobicity is more practical than the hydrophilicity. The hydrophobic film removes dust to achieve self-cleaning, reducing the frequency of car washing, while preventing water stains from remaining and corroding the paint surface, keeping it transparent for a long time. The hydrophilic film relies on water film coverage to prevent dirt, easily absorbs pollutants and dries slowly, and is mostly used in special demand scenarios. However, the general price of hydrophobic film is higher than that of hydrophilic film.

3. Is the self-healing function permanent? 

The self-healing function will gradually weaken as the film ages (high-quality films can last for 3 to 5 years or longer). Frequently repaired scratches may leave slight marks (because of molecular structure fatigue).
