The outer face is engineered to release what the road throws at paint: rain spots, bird lime, insect protein, tar mist and diesel film wash away with ordinary shampoo. Beneath that skin, an elastic polyurethane body swallows the energy of gravel strikes and trolley knocks, and because the build carries no pigment the factory colour underneath stays exactly as it left the booth.

Four layers are bonded in one pass. On the outside sits the stain shedding clearcoat; next comes the thick aliphatic TPU core that gives the roll its stretch and rebound; below it a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive keeps the film anchored to clearcoat without biting into it; and a release liner protects that adhesive until an installer peels it away. Each layer has a job, and together they let one roll follow mirror caps, door edges and bumper returns without lifting.

1. Are you the factory or a trading company?

We are the manufacturer. Yuxin Film coats thermoplastic polyurethane on our own line in China, controls the adhesive lamination in house and packs the finished rolls on site, so a buyer deals directly with production rather than a middle layer.

2. What is the smallest private label order and can my artwork go on the box?

One roll is enough to open an account. For private label runs we print your logo, model code and barcode on the retail carton free of charge, and you may choose the carton size and the roll length that suits your installers.

3. How can I verify the anti stain performance before committing to a container?

Ask for a sample roll in the thickness closest to your target price point. Mark the surface with a permanent pen, leave it in sun for a day, then wipe it with alcohol and water; the topcoat releases the pigment and returns to a uniform clear finish. Sample boxes can also be printed with your logo.

4. Which gauge should I keep in stock for my market?

6.5mil and 7.5mil suit cost sensitive volume programmes, 8.5mil is the mainstream choice for full body work, and 10mil covers heavy impact use and premium warranties. Coloured and matte black variants can be mixed in one shipment.

5. What is the delivery time and how are rolls protected in transit?

Stock series leave in 2 to 3 working days. Private label cartons take about 15 to 25 days depending on print artwork. Each roll travels in a 163x19x21cm carton with protective end caps, and mixed series can be consolidated into one container.
