Everything a buyer judges happens before the first panel is wrapped: the carton, the label, the model name printed on the core. This roll is produced that way. We cast and coat the polyurethane ourselves in China, then print your artwork on the carton before it ever leaves the plant, which is how importers turn one container into a brand instead of a commodity line item.

On the car, the film has one main job: keep contamination off the paint. Rain minerals, bird lime, insect remains, brake dust slurry and tar mist sit on the clearcoat instead of bonding to it, and most of it leaves with a normal wash. The polyurethane core beneath that surface absorbs gravel strikes, and the uncoloured build never alters the paint tone underneath.

Start from the outside: a contamination release clearcoat, an aliphatic polyurethane body with high elongation, an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive tuned for automotive clearcoat, and a release liner that keeps that adhesive clean until fitting day. Nothing is glued together afterwards; the stack is built in a single coating operation, which is why the layers do not separate at the edge of a bumper return or a folded mirror cap.

WHAT DISTRIBUTORS ASK BEFORE THE FIRST ORDER

1. How is a private label order actually produced?

Your artwork is sent to our print supplier and a proof comes back for approval. Once you sign off, we slit the roll to your length, apply the core label and pack into the printed carton on the same site where the film was coated, so nothing is repacked by a third party along the way.

2. Can one container carry clear, matte and coloured rolls together?

Yes. Clear, matte black, gloss black and colour change series can be consolidated into a single shipment, and the cartons are dimensioned so mixed pallets stay stable during ocean transport.

3. What proof do I get that the topcoat resists contamination?

We send a short roll for your own trial plus the batch test sheet covering adhesive peel, thickness and coating weight. Most partners run a marker and bird lime test on a scrap panel and record it for their dealers.

4. How is each roll protected during sea freight?

Rolls are wound on a rigid core, capped at both ends, wrapped and packed into a 163x19x21cm carton. Pallets are strapped and corner protected, and cartons can be printed with your handling marks in your own language.

5. Do you provide reports for customs and retail compliance?

ROHS, ISO9000, MSDS, CE and SGS test reports are issued for both the raw material and the finished roll, and we can add destination specific documents when your market requires them.
