The production of colored TPU uses TPU raw materials as the base material, manufactured through color matching and molding processes, with the core of precisely controlling the uniformity of color and performance.

• Color Matching: Mix TPU pellets with color masterbatches in proportion. The color masterbatches must have good compatibility with the TPU base material to ensure uniform color.
• Melt Blending: The mixed raw materials are melted at high temperature by an extruder or injection molding machine to fully disperse the color masterbatches and avoid color spots and color differences.
• Molding Processing: The molten material is made into films, pipes, products, etc. through extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and other processes, and shaped after cooling.

• Control the processing temperature and screw speed to prevent decomposition or uneven dispersion of color masterbatches.
• Select colorants with migration resistance and aging resistance.

TPU quality is evaluated through tensile and puncture tests. Tensile tests measure its elongation at break and tensile strength, reflecting durability under stretching. Puncture tests assess resistance to penetration, indicating toughness.
